Our conference history

Why did we emerge?

We are driven by a desire to represent the interests of the entire IT industry to the state and on the global market. That is why in 2016 we had the idea of creating an annual conference for startups, young professionals and software development professionals.

The Challenge

We decided to act because we realized that only by promoting the entire IT industry under a common brand can each of us succeed in the global market. Together we have made efforts to meet the challenge – the lack of coordinated actions of IT companies in defending their interests – by creating a community in which the heads of IT companies, based on the principles of trust, mutual respect and equality, regardless of the size of business and the region can openly discuss important issues and find solutions together.

Choosing

Since the inception of the conference, we’ve begun to recognize common needs, goals and concerns. To consolidate them, we began to conduct an annual analytical study of the software development industry and present it to the participants as well as to international consulting agencies. We began to enter the global market under a common brand name, participate in international exhibitions and congresses. As we grew, so did the qualitative ties within our community.

What have we achieved?

We began to see a significant shift in the government’s attitude towards the software industry. We are now being considered by the government when making decisions that can affect the entire industry. International consulting companies have started to use our research as a basis for industry assessment. We became an incubator for the emergence of IT communities. Our brand has become recognizable on the global market. The results of the annual software export industry survey have become the main source of information on the situation in the industry.

Appeal to new members

If you share our values: trust, openness, fairness, the principle of development of the whole industry rather than separate companies, and if you share our vision that only an association of software companies from different regions and software development segments can speak for the industry, you are welcome to join us and contribute to the development of the industry.
